*Staff Accountant*
Our Elkhart area client is seeking a detail oriented Staff Accountant.
The role involves coordinating company-wide sales and use tax and property tax compliance, including multi-state tax compliance, reviewing invoices, gathering data from multiple ERP systems, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and supporting operations with tax-related queries.
It will also involve coordinating property tax filings, maintaining account balances, preparing journal entries, resolving tax notices, facilitating audits, and establishing financial policies.
