We are an established, privately held Real Estate company specializing in operating healthcare facilities and apartment complexes.
We are looking for a Controller mainly for our growing health care division.
The Controller we are looking for notices the details when others don’t.

We are growing and are looking for a Controller to direct and execute all of the accounting and financial reporting functions within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Close and prepare month-end and annual statements, manage cash flow, and assist Managers and CEO in operating and capital budgets.
Oversee the processing of daily operational tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bi-weekly payroll functions.
Process monthly Revenue and manage expense policies.
Lead and direct the efforts of others on the team: accounts payable clear, senior staff accountant, and collections manager.
Assist in the development of a process manual.
Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting, finance, or relevant work experience.
Minimum 3 years in health care or 5 years in a general accounting role.
Strong working knowledge of general accounting practices, including the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of accounting records, and the administration of a comprehensive set of controls.
CPA is a plus , not required.
Possess the ability to lead, direct, and motivate a small team of like-minded individuals.
Strong computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite.
