This role in summary Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Analyst, Payroll opening to join our global human resources function.
This position provides leadership in the Human Resources (HR) Operations for US Payroll to perform day-to-day support for the onsite payroll team.
Conduct and lead audits and controls for payroll timekeeping compliance and effectiveness.
Provide guidance to the onsite payroll team on complex issues/resolutions.
Responsible for maintaining procedure documentation for time and attendance operations and performing testing required for any enhancements or updates to the timekeeping system.
Understand each location's unique policies and nuances and guide the onsite payroll team in streamlining procedures and practices.
Support onsite payroll team’s efforts in training supervisors on time and attendance system.
Your responsibilities will include Ensure time and attendance files are submitted timely and accurately for payroll processing Reporting for team performance metrics to support continuous improvements and operational costs Collaborate with other support functions to ensure adjustments and deductions are submitted for payroll Maintain confidentiality in dealing with employee records and payroll information with a high degree of quality and accuracy Knowledge of local HR policies and procedures impacting payroll Support local payroll administration, including inquiry and issue support for case management requests Prioritize competing requests while ensuring payroll deadlines are met Build and maintain a strong team through effective recruiting, training, coaching, team building, and succession planning Responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of documentation while championing continuous improvement Minimum requirements Bachelor’s Degree 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or Finance 3+ years of Payroll Management experience Preferred skills and experiences Computer skills, especially with G Suite Experience in Kronos or similar time and attendance systems Experience in Success Factors and SAP 6.
