Financial Analyst - Berrien Springs/Hybrid Work Eligible (Full-Time)
SUMMARY:
Responsible for monthly updating, maintenance and reporting from ProfitStar to provide credit union leadership with accurate and timely reports.
Researches, runs queries, identifies trends and performs analysis on credit union products and services.
Assists with formulating strategies for pricing and improving performance.
Conducts market and peer analysis to drive competitive comparisons with strategic decision making.
Delivers informative insights and interprets results of analysis to department managers and team members.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor's degree in business or related field, preferably finance, or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of Honor Credit Union products and services, policies and procedures; as well as applicable NCUA regulations.
Fundamental knowledge of basic accounting, finance and economic concepts and principles.
Understanding of financial reporting and measurements of financial performance.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Three to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.

Must have a demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
