WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Provides excellent member experience by building and maintaining strong professional relationships through the Video Teller Machines.
Assist members with accurately processing a variety of video teller transactions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, and other various requests.
Maintains a high-level of confidentiality and accuracy while balancing each transaction and verifying cash totals.
Ensures members are promptly and professionally served.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
High School diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Six months to two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
Customer service and data entry experience is preferred.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Knowledge of Company products, sales policies, and procedures.
Must have demonstrated ability to finances in order.
Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

Must be highly detailed.
