WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Data entry including review and organization of online department files.
Data cleansing and validation to prepare for digital enhancement projects.
Responsible for various projects centered around collateralization review and internal department communication improvement.
Assist and support the Business Development, Credit, Operations, and Treasury Management teams as needed.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Completed or ongoing coursework relevant to field of study.
Internship for college credit preferred.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Course study to acquire basic knowledge of business loan related requirements and procedures.
Course study to acquire basic knowledge of lending and collections programs, policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulations.
Currently working towards a BS in Business Administration or related degree.
Must have a demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
Good business skills including organizing, coordinating and multi-tasking.
Good verbal and public relations skills.
Good phone etiquette and communication skills.
Good basic math skills.
Good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
