Patrick Industries is currently hiring Senior Financial Systems Analyst who is responsible for the set-up, support and maintenance of all processes for Blackline.
In this position, you will be the subject matter expert for troubleshooting issues, sharing technical skills, and applying analytical thinking to perform job functions for Team Members! Your adventure awaits! *Responsibilities:* Working closely with Finance and Accounting Teams at Business Units throughout an assigned Pillar, the Senior Financial Systems Analyst will work to Prepare and present financial analysis and reports to senior management and external stakeholders and monitor financial performance and identify trends and anomalies.
* Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve financial controls * Analyze existing financial systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas * Help support the integration of Blackline with other enterprise systems, such as ERP and financial reporting tools * Provide support to the users of OneStream with training, troubleshooting, and report validation * Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends related to Blackline and financial management * Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide insights and support decision-making * Implement, configure, and maintain the Blackline platform, including account reconciliation, task management, and reporting * Develop and execute a comprehensive training program for users * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Blackline platform * Create and manage business process workflows within Blackline *Qualifications and Skills:* * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Should have 2+ years experience in an Accounting or Finance role * Proficiency in using OneStream or Blackline highly desired * Must have experience using Excel at an intermediate level including creating reports and dashboards * Prior experience using an ERP system, highly desired, Oracle preferred * Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills, with an affinity towards servicing customers and providing solutions * A high level of personal integrity (self-esteem, confidence, honesty, and respect) are necessary qualities * Self-motivated to work independently in a busy environment with changing priorities and the ability to adapt quickly * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Align with Patrick Industries “BETTER Together” mentality by pursuing Balance, Excellence, Trust, Teamwork, Empowerment, and Respect within the organization *Benefits Include:* Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Insurances, Paid Vacation, 401K Match, Holidays, Health Club, and Tuition Reimbursement At Patrick Industries, BETTER Together is our commitment to being our best while striving to bring out the best in one another as we join forces individually, as teams, with our Business Units, with our Customers, our communities, and within our entire Patrick family.
