Position Overview
Alliance RV is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team full-time and support all aspects of the payables function.
Responsibilities for this role include matching and entering invoices into NetSuite, answering vendor inquiries and review statements, assisting with check runs, reconciling vendor accounts, and other duties as assigned.
Accounts payable experience is preferred, but not required.
Requirements
• Understanding of accrual accounting
• High level of integrity
Responsibilities
• Match and enter invoices timely and accurately
• Reconcile vendor accounts
• Answer vendor inquiries and review statements for accuracy
• Prepare vendor payments
• Reconcile vendor credits and chargebacks and apply as necessary
• Assist department with monthly closing procedures
• Other duties as assigned
