Backup Childcare Provider

~Duties~ ( READ CAREFULLY) - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate and educate children - Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods - Maintain a clean and organized childcare space - Communicate with parents about their child's daily activities and progress - Assist with basic needs such as feeding, diapering, and potty training - Follow established policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all children ~Requirements~ -At least 21 years old (NO MIDDLE SCHOOL or HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS) -High school GRADUATE (diploma or equivalent) - Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting (MUST BE LISTED ON RESUME & VERIFIABLE WITH REFERENCES) - \*\*\*automatic rejection if not\*\*\* - ability to pass a background check and drug screening -Must be able to respond within an hour of contact (IMPORTANT) - Ability to take at least one shift a week - Ability to answer a request for childcare within an hour or communication by text or email - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.

~Pay~ Pay Range is $17-20 per hour with a minimum of 4 hour shift, (availability day shift, evenings, holidays or weekends.
The shift varies based on the childcare request received - the shift is anywhere from 4 hours to 10 hours per shift.
Legal Pay (taxes withheld) is same day or next day Job Types: Part-time, Temporary Pay: $17.
