maybe even mid century modern hotel pullout sofa/bed from a local hotel in the 1970s - Heavy duty steel filing cabinet with 4 drawers - Old-school color TV; works great - Bedding and pillows - Two French style chairs (one in pretty good shape, one needs recovering) NOTE: They king bed, hotel bed and filing cabinet in basement.
Everything else is on first floor.
There is a stain in the middle of queen bed as you’ll see in picture, but the bed is not that old and has rarely been slept on - firm mattress.
No cheery picking, please.
Come prepared to take everything and it’s all yours .
