MISSING CAT

Missing 14 year old Lynx point siamese male, neutered.
He has very defining features I can identify such as being a polydactyl (extra toes) He doesn't look to be 14 although he doesn't have good muscle tone anymore.
I've had him since he was 8 weeks old.
He wants to be an outside cat so bad but has never been an outdoor cat a single day of his life.
He darted out the door Monday Nov 13th in North Dowagiac.
Near Atwood and Marcellus hwy.
I have searched and called for him all week with no luck.
I've checked all surrounding animal control and no turn in.
Please if anybody has seen him or knows of someone in the area who has seen or maybe has him please let me know.
My family and I miss him so very much.
Everyone combining all the fields may have spooked him off further.
Any information would be very helpful.
