*The Position:* Our rapidly growing team is looking for an HR Generalist/Supervisor who will work cross functionally with all departments to implement processes to assist in the scalability of the business.
This individual will be a key driver of analyzing existing HR processes to improve overall efficiency and execution.

*REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR, FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION* *RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Onsite presence and approachability for all managers and staff regarding all HR matters * Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes - Actively monitors and ensures adequate staffing levels are always maintained - Manages and facilitates candidate outsourcing, interviews, and selection for internal hiring managers - Conducts reference and background checks and issuing offer letters.
- Frequently and proactively leads/seeks/cultivates/engages in community outreach opportunities to maintain adequate staffing levels and to continuously grow and improve company’s talent and labor pool pipelines * Facilitates, coordinates, and manages all temporary staffing agency relationships * Analyzes and manages on-boarding and off-boarding processes, employee benefits and performance management in English and Spanish to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Conducts and continuously improves staff payroll & time capture function working internally with PGF managers and with any assigned third-party providers * Creates and distributes weekly labor reports to all senior staff and managers * Monitors and resolves daily/weekly staff attendance and time punching errors & omissions * Assists with the implementation and execution of annual staff Open Enrollment process * Provides insight and assistance to improve training programs by department.
* Develops staffing metrics, KPI’s and reports designed to maximize employer and employee satisfaction and to make the organization a great place to work * Organizes & facilitates annual/biannual employee performance reviews and discussions * Continually strives to improve, develop, and communicate with staff all HR processes and programs and identifies and implements new ones including career development, compensation and rewards, and other processes.
Enhances job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities * Ensures that all HR policies, programs, and personnel files are compliant with the regulatory requirements, including Department of Labor and HIPPA; addresses any non-compliance matters in a timely and effective manner.
* Provides support to employees in various HR-related topics such as PTO and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise * Maintains employee-related databases.
Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company.
Prepares reports for management as necessary or requested.
* Ensures new hires, terminations, status changes, garnishments, direct deposits enrollments and other changes are entered correctly.
* Assists with periodic industry salary/compensation studies to ensure organization stay competitive in all pay and benefits practices * Keeps up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
*QUALIFICATIONS:* * Bilingual – reads, writes, and verbally speaks and understands both English and Spanish FLUENTLY * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in human resources, public administration, business administration or related field * SHRM-CP/PHR or SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification required * Minimum of four (4) or more years of progressively responsible human resources, talent management, and/or employee/organization development experience * At least four years payroll execution experience (staff of at least 50) in both exempt/non- exempt employee environments *SKILLS & ABILITIES:* * Excellent communication and people skills - aptitude in problem - solving active listener - purposeful, determined, and resolute, yet collaborative, optimistic and solution oriented - mature & diplomatic; excellent conflict resolution and advocacy skill - maintains/safeguards all appropriate confidentialities * Excellent writing skills required * Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.

com experience a plus * Knowledge of: - Onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, employee relations, compensation, and benefits - How to thrive in a startup/high growth environment.

* Professional, accurate, persuasive, and personable oral and written communication skills; comfortable speaking with and assisting strangers and "cold calling.

* Critical and creative thinking; investigation; assessment leading to appropriate problem-solving solutions and actions.
* Recordkeeping, data tracking, and data analysis.
* Advanced level of proficiency using Word, Excel, internet search, online job boards, (lndeed, Linkedin) etc * Experience supporting a manufacturing operation preferred.
*Physical Activity Level* * Light: Sit sometimes, stand and walk sometimes, lift up to 40lbs occasionally.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $55,000.
