Versatile Fabrication, LLC has an immediate opening for a full-time, first shift, experienced Metal Stamping Supervisor/Die Setter.
*Core Responsibilities:*
Select, install, adjust and remove dies & steel coils while synchronizing rams and stop guides using a crane and/or forklift and other hand tools.
Perform First/Last Piece audits to verify dimensions of finished parts for conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauge blocks, micrometers, and dial indicators.
Operate metal stamping presses to process finished goods that conform to customer specifications.

\*Evaluate Performance
Track and manage department output to production schedules.
Ensure compliance with approved production methods and quality standards.
Provide feedback to management regarding issues or problems on the job.
Perform other duties as assigned by Plant Manager.
*Qualifications:*
7+ Years of experience as a Die-Setter in a metal stamping environment with progressive tooling and various tonnage presses (80 - 300 Ton) is preferred.
Must be mechanically inclined and familiar with safe practices, tools, dies, blueprints, and standardized work.
