As the Executive Director, you will apply your dynamic abilities by:
* Providing exceptional overall management of the fiscal operations of the community
* Delivering high quality resident care and services in accordance with professional standards, state and federal rules and regulations, and operational policies
* Positively promoting employee programs and encourage staff participation
* Participating in budget development, overseeing fiscal management according to budgetary parameters established, and monitoring departmental compliance
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
* Current Health Facility Administrators License for the State of Indiana required
* Ability to demonstrate expertise in a variety of long-term care concepts, practices, and procedures
* Well - developed communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized , detail oriented , and manages time efficiently
* Bachelor’s degree in a health-care related field is preferred
