SUMMARY:
Responsible for the effective coordination and completion of all painting, wallcovering and finishes on property.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Performs general wall repairs
Performs assigned painting, wallcovering projects, and installations.
Paints in accordance with work orders.
Refinishes furniture.
Maintains an adequate supply of all materials, supplies and equipment necessary for the efficient completion of job responsibilities.
Hangs wallpaper.
Installs and repairs all wall and ceiling textures and finishes.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Must have five years related experience.
Occupationally significant combination of vocational education, apprentice training, in-plant training, and on-the-job training preferred.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
This position requires a Level 4 Gaming License.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents.
Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense reasoning to variety of situations.
