*JOB REQUIREMENTS:*
* Manages a staff by communicating job expectations.
* Plans and monitors production goals.
* Appraises, coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.
* Maintains workflow by monitoring the manufacturing process.
* Contributes to team effort by completing tasks as needed.
* Must be able to understand written work instructions.
* Must be willing to learn how to set up machines.
* Maintains ISO 9001:2015 quality standards by teaching awareness and constant monitoring of quality.
* Maintains safe and clean work environment.
* Other duties as assigned.
* Ability to stand 8 -10 hours daily.
* Must be able to pass a drug test.
* Microsoft Office experience necessary (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Corrective Action and root cause analysis
*Qualifications needed:*
· 5 years of manufacturing experience
· 5 years of Supervisory experience in manufacturing
· Must have a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
· High degree of interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to all levels of business.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· General computer skills, knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
