We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Director of Operations to lead the dynamic team at their facility in Northern Indiana.
*Responsibilities*
As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the overall success of the production department.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead, organize, and coordinate the production department.
* Lead operations in alignment with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other business goals, ensuring optimal productivity and profitability.
* Drive continuous improvement projects for new and existing processes, utilizing methodologies such as KAIZEN, TQM, and Six Sigma.
* Plan and monitor both capital and operational budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
* Issue regular reports for management review, providing insights into operational performance and adherence to business objectives.
* Ensure customer satisfaction regarding product quality and delivery reliability.
* Coordinate with process engineering and maintenance teams to optimize production processes and equipment.
* Implement and oversee training programs, ensuring personnel development and skills enhancement.
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (preferred).
* Proven leadership skills including a minimum of three years of industrial or material production/assembly experience.
* Project management experience is essential.
* Broad knowledge of KAIZEN, TQM, continuous improvement processes, and Quality Management Systems.
* Six Sigma certification is ideal.
* Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
* Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* ERP experience is a must have requirement.

Pay: $110,000.
00 - $125,000.
