In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries related to returns, exchanges, and providing technical support for our extensive range of skid loader replacement parts.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
● Manage customer inquiries regarding returns and exchanges of skid loader replacement parts.
● Provide detailed information on return policies, warranty coverage, and guide customers through the returns process.
● Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless processing of returns and exchanges.
Technical Support: ● Address inquiries related to skid loader replace to issues in the field, offering troubleshooting assistance via phone, email, or chat.
● Provide technical guidance on the installation, maintenance, and compatibility of replacement parts we sell.
● Collaborate with the internal team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
● Respond promptly to customer inquiries with professionalism.

● Provide insights for process improvement and contribute to ongoing training programs.
Quality Assurance: ● Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to returns.
● Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes.
● High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications in heavy equipment or skid loader parts are advantageous.
● Expert knowledge of skid loader replacement parts, their applications, and compatibility.
● Written and verbal communication skills tailored to technical audiences.
Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
