Drain Technician

Role Summary The goal of the Plumbing Drain Technician is to restore flow as assigned in the most efficient manner with highest quality client experiences.
The Plumbing Drain Technician is expected to set up the Sewer Supervisor (Camera Technician) for a turnover.
Main Responsibilities Complete assigned calls or in-shop repairs in a professional manner and to the best of his/her ability.
Follow turnover process in order to get the Sewer Supervisor (Camera Technician) the opportunity.
Ask for assistance if a problem cannot be diagnosed within a reasonable length of time after arrival.
