Worldwide Foam is on the hunt for a diligent and dedicated XLPE Extrusion Oven Operator.

Key Responsibilities:
Can work 12 hours from 6p - 6a (this is a 2nd shift role!)
Preparing and operating industrial ovens for the extrusion process.
Ensuring consistent and quality output of extruded products.
Active participation in maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Prompt communication of any discrepancies or issues to Lead Operator.
Routine oven maintenance tasks.
Adherence to safety protocols and wearing provided PPE.
Documentation of production data and process deviations.
What You Bring:
A team-first attitude.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Experience in a manufacturing setting, with extrusion knowledge being a plus.
Essential Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Familiarity with extrusion processes and oven operation preferred
Bonus Points:
2+ years in extrusion.
ISO experience.
Physical Demands:
Capability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active on your feet throughout the shift.
Working Schedule:
2nd Shift:
Mon-Wed, 6:00pm-6:00am (40 hours pay).
Note: Training will take place during the 1st shift for first 2 weeks
