*The Role:*
Our Plumbing Service technicians diagnose and repair issues within each customer's home.
Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.
Plumbing Service technicians receive hourly pay between $22-30 with bonus incentives.
High performing technicians can average up to $45+ hourly income.
*What You'll Do:*
* Completes in-home Plumbing service calls and gets the job right the first time
* Establish customer rapport to offer solutions, provide the right service, and create a "You're my go-to company" relationship
* Communicate with multiple departments within the organization to provide optimal customer service
* Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
* Actively participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events
* Other duties as assigned
*What You'll Need:*
* Working Knowledge of Local Plumbing Codes
* Indiana Journeyman License (or Working to Obtain)
* Strong Desire to Grow and Develop into a Team Leader
* A Clean, Safe Driving Record, Background Check, and Drug Screen
* High School Diploma or GED
