Job Description
· Demonstrate to all customers and fellow employees a sincere concern and interest in each customer and in the service provided to each customer.
· Maintain a positive professional attitude with customers and coworkers.
· Maintain a personal professional image.
· Perform assigned duties without direct supervision.
· Possess highly skilled general construction skills to bring large and small projects to a final close and satisfy each and every customers’ concerns to the fullest extent.
· Possess a demonstrated excellence in the areas of including but limited to, general carpentry, painting, light electrical, light plumbing, light drywall, custom trim work, install doors & windows, ceramic tile, vinyl siding, light roofing repairs.
· Work efficiently and effectively on each and every job.
· Perform final inspections and complete punch lists of allegedly completed construction projects from sub-contractors.
· After punch list is issued to sub-contractor and sun-contractor indicates completion, finish any items missing and back charge sub- contractor.
· Be a self-motivated, independent problem solver.
· Fully utilize and meet assigned deadlines for tasks in Restore 365 including using contact manager database and dry track.
· Take direction from any supervisor.
· Be a team player and assist co-workers with ongoing projects.
· Any other duty not outlined in job description but required as per supervisor.
· Immediately notify supervisor of any problems or damaged customer property during course of normal operations.
· When overtime is available you are required to work overtime hours.
