```Job Overview```
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team.
As a Construction Laborer, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites to ensure projects are completed proficiently.
This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, be able to learn and retain information, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
```Duties```
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed
- Proficiently measure, cut, and install materials
- Assist with the installation of construction materials, such as pipes, electric, lumber, flooring, tile, etc.
- Perform general maintenance tasks on equipment and tools
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on the job site
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus and will result in higher pay
- Valid driver's license is preferred
