*Schedule: *Monday to Friday 10pm to 6:30am

*SCOPE AND PURPOSE: *Manage the processing of plastics injection molding machines, performing daily checks on molds, machines, robots and other related equipment, as well as leading the team on shift.
*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:*
* Completing production start-ups after mold changes
* Implementing established processes for new/existing molds to run at optimum cycles
* Partnering with material handlers, operators and other technicians to keep machines running
* Assisting Quality, Tool Room, Maintenance and Engineering in resolving any issues with production
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Supervising shift and leading team-members
* Other duties as assigned
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
* 3+ years experience in processing for plastic injection molding
* Ability to follow established procedures / specifications and maintain accurate records
* Team player with supervisory and training experience
*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:*
* The ability to manage a number of projects at one time with frequent interruptions and tight deadlines.
* Ability to work in loud manufacturing environment
* Occasional need to bend, squat, climb, grasp, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
* Frequent walking / standing
